TRAVEL; GETTING TO SKIPPER SAILING BASE, NIDRI, LEFKADA;
: We are based on the island of Lefkada, it is linked by a causeway to the mainland and our base is about 30 minutes from Preveza airport. By taxi it will cost approximately 45euros(4 persons sharing). We can arrange for a taxi to pick you up from the airport.
DIRECT FLIGHTS TO PREVEZA; Operate between May and October.
WINTER SEASON AND OTHER TRAVEL OPTIONS - Fly to Athens:then take a local flight to preveza, or travel by bus or hire car to Lefkada. There is a new bridge now open making the drive time Athens to Preveza around 4 hours. Fly to corfu, and then travel by ferry to the mainland ( 1.5 hrs ) then by bus, taxi or car to Nidri, Lefkada ( 2.5 hrs ).
